We want you to love your Meko pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange within the timelines and conditions outlined below. Each piece at Meko is made-to-order. Crafted by hand, all of our pieces are very time centric and artisanal based. We spend an ample amount of time on each piece to make sure it is crafted to perfection.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.
  • Once your request is approved, the parcel must be shipped back to us within 48 hours of approval. Parcels shipped after this window may not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the parcel back to Meko Studio unless otherwise communicated by our team.
  • If you would like us to arrange the pickup of your return/exchange and reship the replacement, a flat fee of ₹350 will be charged.The ₹350 fee is applicable per return/exchange request.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-size orders or pieces
  • Discounted or promotional purchases
  • International Orders are not returnable


Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange is valid for the following cases: Incorrect Size Ordered, Improper Fit. Any other reasons are subject to approval.
  • Items once exchanged will be considered final and not eligible for further exchange or return.

 

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as store credit, valid for 6 months.

If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can always send it back to us. We will alter it and send it across to you but additional charges would be applicable for the same.
