1. We ONLY accept returns or exchanges incase of either damaged products, fulfilment errors such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. This will only be accepted if the customer takes a video at the time of opening the package for the first time. If there is no video, we will not be able to take this request forward.

2. Returns and Exchanges are NOT applicable in case of custom sizing and design. If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can always send it back to us. We will alter it and send it across to you but additional charges would be applicable for the same.
