Shipping & Delivery

All of our products are 'Made To Order' and are crafted by our artisans with love, just for you. Each piece is knit by our lovely artisans and is further cut and sewn to order. 

For this reason, all our products are shipped after 7-10 working/business days of placing your order. Delivery would happen after 5-7 working days after dispatch. 
If you wish to get a faster delivery, there is an option of express production which allows us to deliver the parcel in 2-4 working days.

ORDER COMMUNICATION
    • An order confirmation mail will be received after placing the order.
    • A shipment email and Whatsapp message will be sent once the order is dispatched from our workshop to your address. A tracking id of the relevant courier company will be attached in order for you to track your order. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.


      FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

      We ship worldwide at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please do note Meko does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

      We use 100%       biodegradable packaging. Each order is packed with love!
