Each piece at Meko is made-to-order. Crafted by hand, all of our pieces are very time centric and artisanal based. We spend an ample amount of time on each piece to make sure it is crafted to perfection.

Return & Exchange Window

• You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• We do not accept requests beyond this window.

Eligibility

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange is valid for the following cases: Incorrect Size Ordered, Improper Fit. Any other reasons are subject to approval.
• Items once exchanged will be considered final and not eligible for further exchange or return.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom-size orders or pieces
• Discounted or promotional purchases
• International Orders are not returnable.

Refunds & Store Credit

• We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed as store credit, valid for 6 months.

If the order is placed in standard sizing and if you wish to get it altered to your custom measurements, you can always send it back to us. We will alter it and send it across to you but additional charges would be applicable for the same.

Returns/refunds will only be processed once the parcel is sent back to our warehouse with the same packaging and materials that the parcel was sent in.

Subtle variations in patterns are not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes of hand knitting.
